I offer workshops about both flower essences and NLP.
The flower essence workshop covers the following topics:
- The history and background of essences;
- How flower essences are made and how they work;
- The healing qualities of a range of flower essences from around the world;
- Practical ways to use essences to improve health and well-being.
On the NLP course you’ll get a feel for some of the underlying beliefs that are fundamental to an NLP approach. And you’ll discuss how your beliefs affect your perception of the world around you. You’ll also look at how to take a positive view of all the many and varied aspects of yourself!
